Property Manager Job Description Summary Purpose of the role in 1-2 sentences • This role is responsible for managing daily operations at the site. will be accountable for ensuring that all technical services are as per the client's requirements. All electromechanical operations and their repair and maintenance will be in the purview, • And develop/maintain effective asset-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.   • Overseeing all building systems, including fire/life safety, MEP, and all critical utilities.
  • Ensuring the documentation of assets under the asset list/ tracker.
  • Ensuring the documentation and checking of the assets under the defective liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.
  • Be responsible for hiring, training, and development of shift engineers and maintenance, HK Soft Services Security staff.
  • Formulating suitable budgeting controls and monitoring SLAs & KPIs of all outsourced agencies towards effective service delivery.
  • Maintaining service level agreements and keeping performance indicator scores above excellence.
  • Ensuring timely renewal of the agreement, submission of invoices, and follow-ups for the payments. 3-5 bullet points of key selection criteria About You:
  • Previous experience in a similar Asset & Property maintenance Management Role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills • Paying attention to detail and having excellent problem-solving skills is essential. Teamwork and management skills are added advantages.
