Job Description Summary
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Solutions Manager is a full-service technology resource for Asset Services initiatives. The focus of this position is to identify solutions, streamline processes, and assist with consolidating business applications that come from new / existing business onboardings, new country adoption, and general functional enhancements. This position is expected to lead large, complex projects – including process mapping, author recommendations and present to stakeholders, and define our approach for application utilization.

- Manage, guide, and support a team of business analysts ensuring high performance and productivity
DETAILED ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work with various levels of the organization to capture project goals, objectives, and the associated requirements.
- Provide implementation assistance for medium to highly complex in nature and may contain multiple stakeholder groups or work stream
- Identify project stakeholders and user groups. Engage with the stakeholders to identify subject matter experts and plan change management for project roll out
- Collaborate with the team to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across various platforms for each service line / region and provide input on processes and procedures affecting the business users.
- Primary focus will be business process design and standardization. You will work with, and lead, a cross functional team members to drive business strategy and process optimization, capture user requirements, and assist the IT development team in designing, testing, and implementing software solutions that meet the business’s needs.
- Collaborate with the team to assess the cross functional impacts of business decisions across various platforms for each service line / region and provide input on processes and procedures affecting the business users
- Partner with the user community, to identify their business requirements; analyze business processes; analyze source data; produce functional specifications, data flows and business rules; and assist with the implementation of those specifications
- Help drive process improvements and recommend best practices on the business platform; leverage your
knowledge of best practices to help our professional services organization utilize the platforms to maximize results
- Recommend process improvement opportunities related to the application – document current state process and create future state process documentation
- Remain educated and up-to-date with current technologies, solutions, trends and risks
- Assist with mentoring, training, and implementation of best practices for the team
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Previous Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation
- 7+ years of relevant experience in accounting, commercial real estate, and/or information technology
- 5+ years of IT work experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting application systems
- Or similar combination of education and experience

- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize and adapt quickly to change in high pressure situations with minimal supervision required
- Solid business judgment, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to research and learn new skills independently
- Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with technical and non-technical clients
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines for multiple projects
- SQL or similar coding (preferred), advanced Excel, Visio or similar flowchart tool
- System experience (preferred): Share Point, Yardi, MRI, Nexus Payables

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 97,750.00 - $115,000.00
