The Opportunity

We are seeking a Lease Advisory Surveyor to join our growing Bristol team.

This is an opportunity to work on high-quality instructions across multi-sector commercial portfolios, advising institutional landlords and corporate occupiers. You will collaborate closely with our Capital Markets, Agency and Building Consultancy teams, providing integrated advice to clients operating across the UK and internationally.

This role offers clear progression within a market-leading advisory platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support rent reviews and lease renewals across office, industrial and retail assets

• Act on behalf of institutional landlords and corporate occupiers

• Undertake inspections and lead negotiations

• Analyse market rental evidence and provide strategic advice

• Prepare detailed reports and submissions aligned to client objectives

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Contribute to business development and cross-selling opportunities

The Successful Candidate

• MRICS qualified (or nearing qualification)

• Experience within lease advisory or general practice

• Strong negotiation and analytical capability

• Commercially astute and client-focused

• Motivated to develop within a collaborative, high-performance environment
