We are currently strengthening our Hospitality Capital Markets investment team, based in our Lisbon office. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing platform and work on high-profile projects across Portugal, from north to south, while collaborating closely with our wider EMEA team.

Job Description:

Main Responsibilities

• Assist senior members of the investment team in elaborating marketing materials for mandates and transactions;
• Data support and update of sector Key Performance Indicators;
• Be involved in market analysis and support in underwriting and analysis of real estate assets;
• Prepare commercial proposals and investment memorandums to investors;

Profile and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Economics, Management, or other relevant fields;
• Interest in the hospitality sector and in real estate investment;
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work within multidisciplinary teams;
• Analytical skills, particularly with Office software tools (Excel and PowerPoint);
• Dynamism, flexibility, organization, and creativity;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
• Proactive attitude;
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and resilience;
• Capacity to adapt;
• Outgoing personality;
• Commercial mindset and interest.
