Associate Director

This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in a local market, from start to finish. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.

  • Supervise and work closely with team members on development needs so that collective and individual team targets can be achieved.

  • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions.

About You:

  • This position is responsible for generating revenue as specified
  • Domain and Geography expert with strong client interface.
  • Implements real estate plans under the larger spectrum of key accounts, New Accounts and repeat business targets with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Assists with project initiation and scope definition, identification of clients’ needs goals, objectives, constraints, timing budget. prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones. Works in tandem with regional manager and senior manager leads to enhance yearly business conversions and pipeline - overall business development program
  • Support/mediate between team for external relationships with clients at senior levels, industry forums, associations and professional bodies, Consultants and Partners in the industry and associated industries
  • Overseeing a large variety of analyses and all relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value for quality and innovation
  • Consult with Director on delegation of best suited/ optimum resources for client projects/ reviews.
  • Support & guide on review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses. Facilitate the development of a robust client report package. Prepares and delivers effective presentations to relevant parties.
  • Support on negotiation of business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate product by leveraging business relationships and networks.
  • Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements. Ensures compliance with CWI corporate policies as relates to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.
  • Works closely with CWI and/or client's Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.
