Job Description Summary
Job Description
Our Singapore Capital Markets team advises institutional and private clients on high-value real estate transactions — from en-bloc sales and redevelopment sites to commercial buildings and strata assets. As an intern, you’ll support the full transaction lifecycle: deal sourcing, market analysis, financial positioning, investor outreach, and transaction execution. This is a rare opportunity for students interested in real estate investment, deal structuring, and transaction strategy to gain hands-on experience in one of APAC’s most active investment markets.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct market research and collect data on investment assets, including collective sale sites, commercial buildings, and mixed-use properties
-
Support the preparation of investment decks, pitch books, teasers, and marketing brochures for en-bloc and single-asset deals
-
Assist in creating land rate and pricing benchmarks, buyer lists, and deal positioning strategies based on URA data, recent transactions, and zoning parameters
-
Help manage internal databases including investor pipelines, site visit logs, and campaign outreach
-
Participate in site visits, investor roadshows, and data room preparation for live deals
-
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Research, Valuation, Legal, Finance) to support transaction due diligence
-
Track news, policy changes (e.g. URA Master Plan, GLS sites, zoning), and market shifts that may impact investment sentiment or asset strategy
Who We’re Looking For:
-
Students currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
-
Strong interest in commercial real estate, investment sales, and transaction management
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic understanding of land rate calculation or yield concepts is a plus
-
Good research and writing skills with an eye for layout and detail
-
Proactive, organized, and able to handle confidential or time-sensitive material professionally
What You’ll Gain:
-
Exposure to live transactions in Singapore’s capital markets — including en-bloc sales, strata offices, and redevelopment deals
-
Practical experience in investment advisory, market research, and client-facing materials
-
Insights into the commercial decision-making process for institutional and high-net-worth investors
-
Mentorship and knowledge-sharing from seasoned capital markets professionals
