Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and production of high‑quality, compliant proposals and tenders

  • Oversee documentation quality, formatting, and adherence to brand standards

  • Manage and mentor the Bid Coordinator, fostering a high-performance culture

  • Review bid documentation, identify requirements and risks, and escalate as needed

  • Support content management systems for efficient reuse and consistency

  • Arrange compliant proposal lodgements and manage deadlines

  • Provide executive support to the Head of IFM (e.g., travel, expenses, document execution)

  • Collaborate with internal SMEs, operational teams, and external partners

  • Uphold C&W values and ensure safe work practices

  • Provide bid support during peak periods, including extended hours when required

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Demonstrated experience in bid or proposal coordination

  • Strong project management, time management, and organisational skills

  • Experience leading or mentoring team members

  • High attention to detail and expertise in document formatting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency across MS Office (Adobe Suite desirable)

  • Understanding of benefits‑based selling

  • Ability to uphold a customer‑first, solutions-driven mindset

Eligibility Requirements

  • Australian citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position
