Surveyor / Senior Surveyor

Self Storage Valuation & Advisory | London

The Opportunity

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Surveyor and a Senior Surveyor to join its Self Storage Valuation & Advisory team in London. The role is based at 125 Old Broad Street and focuses on the UK and European self storage markets, working with a wide range of clients including institutions, property companies, REITs and debt providers.

Role Overview

The role involves providing professional valuation and advisory services across self storage assets. You will work closely with Associates and Partners on valuation, consultancy, brokerage, joint ventures and due diligence instructions, with regular client interaction and business development exposure.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver accurate, timely and commercially focused professional advice

· Support and maintain client relationships

· Contribute to fee generation and profitability targets

· Assist with pitches, client meetings and networking

· Identify cross-selling and business development opportunities

· Collaborate across teams to deliver client solutions

· Contribute to research, marketing and thought leadership

· Maintain CPD requirements and performance objectives

· Travel nationally and internationally as required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

· MRICS qualified

· 1–5 years post-qualification experience

· Strong report writing and financial awareness

· Understanding of business development and client relationship management

· Knowledge of the wider real estate market

· Trading asset valuation experience desirable but not essential

· Confident user of Microsoft 365, Excel and valuation software

· Full UK driving license and access to transport
