Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project & Development Services team. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, this role provides vital project and administrative support to ensure successful delivery of projects across Australia.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Coordinate project activities from initiation to completion under the guidance of Project Managers
-
Provide financial support including:
Preparing project forecast revenue (PAFs)
-
Raising purchase orders (RFPOs)
-
Managing invoices (IRFs) and debtors
-
Assist with fee proposals and client presentations
-
Support PMs/SPMs with project delivery and documentation
-
Prepare financial data for business reports as required
-
Train and guide new team members on business processes
-
Maintain excellent document management and quality assurance
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience in business administration (property or building industry experience desirable)
-
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
-
Solid understanding of corporate systems (Workday, JDE, SAP, Engage2)
-
Advanced MS Office and PowerPoint skills; intermediate Excel skills
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Ability to adapt, prioritise, and collaborate effectively
Australian citizenship is mandatory due to project and client security requirements.
