We are looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible.

To strengthen our Valuation & Advisory department, we are always looking for driven junior valuers. This vacancy concerns a position in the Specialist Markets team, which consists of approximately 25 professionals who value and advise on highly specialized real estate. These include hotels, hospitals, football stadiums, area developments, and data centers.

For this position, we are looking for someone to join our Development team. This team actively engages in valuations and advisory assignments for area developments and the development of residential and office properties. What will you do?

In this versatile role, you and a fellow Registered Valuer will carry out valuation and advisory assignments, often related to area developments or the development of specific properties. These could be entirely new residential neighborhoods, but also, for example, a residential tower in the city center or the development of an office or industrial building for a large multinational.

We also value and advise throughout the Netherlands on the transformation of (listed) properties and conduct market research for developers and investors. As an organization, we have our own research department and conduct continuous market research. This means you will always have access to the most up-to-date market information to provide our clients with the best possible advice.

Besides being responsible for executing valuation assignments, you will also actively contribute to the acquisition of new business and maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.

Within this team, you can develop into a versatile real estate advisor with (market) knowledge of multiple property types, supported by various valuation methodologies and models, and you'll be involved in the most prominent developments in the Netherlands.

Who will you work with?

Our Valuation & Advisory team consists of approximately 100 professionals and is divided into three specializations: Commercial Real Estate (BOG), Residential, and Specialist Markets. This makes the Valuation & Advisory team one of our largest departments. We are still growing and therefore regularly welcome new colleagues. We are a close-knit team of experienced and driven appraisers, data analysts, and assistants. We combine global expertise with local knowledge and experience, enabling us to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for analytical and client-focused young professionals. You are results-oriented and know how to capitalize on opportunities with your commercial acumen. Your excellent communication skills enable you to persuade people. To take on this challenge with us, you also need:

• A relevant completed bachelor's or master's degree; - Demonstrable affinity for real estate;
• Demonstrable affinity for (area) developments;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred;
• Intrinsic motivation to pursue the Registered Valuer (RT) training program;
• A valid Dutch driver's license (category B);
• Excellent written and spoken command of Dutch and English.
