Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Scheduler to support a data center project in Japan. The role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones. The Scheduler will coordinate with project teams, track progress against plans, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions. This position requires strong knowledge of construction scheduling practices, experience with large-scale projects, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to keep the project on track.

About the Role:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitor critical path activities, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Generate regular schedule reports and dashboards using Procore or Primavera P6.
  • Support project planning, resource allocation, and integration of schedule data with overall project controls

About You:

  • Proven experience as a scheduler in large-scale construction or data center projects.
  • Strong proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Procore and Primavera P6.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and resource management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
