Job Description Summary

Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager – Procurement will support sourcing, vendor management, and contract execution for IFM and Property Management operations in Bangalore. This role ensures procurement efficiency, vendor compliance, and alignment with client and internal governance standards.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

  • Assist in executing procurement strategies for IFM and Property Management categories.
  • Support vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely procurement.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Maintain vendor databases and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Track contract timelines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Support performance reviews and vendor audits.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams for procurement-related matters.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and procurement trackers.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and client-specific protocols.
  • Maintain procurement documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Track savings, cost avoidance, and vendor performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in IFM or real estate services.
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement tools like SAP Ariba, Workday, or similar platforms.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience supporting multi-site procurement operations.
  • Exposure to vendor onboarding and compliance processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
