About the role We’re looking for proactive and detail-oriented interns to support our retail leasing team in Vietnam. You’ll work closely with the retail team to support marketing, data tracking, tenant outreach, and market research — gaining hands-on exposure to the fast-moving world of retail property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate market data (shopping malls, street-front units, kiosks), rental rates, occupancy, and tenant mix.

  • Maintain active listings with status, area, rent, lease terms; standardize photos and floor plans.

  • Prepare leasing flyers, pitch decks, teasers, site summaries; assist with brochure design.

  • Build target tenant lists, conduct email/phone outreach, schedule site tours, log feedback.

  • Assist with templates, document coordination, timeline tracking; liaise with internal teams.

  • Update weekly/monthly reports on calls/emails, tours, and pipeline.

  • Follow company policies and branding standards for all materials.

About You:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Able to provide a University Introduction Letter, Student Confirmation Letter or Student ID

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva, Adobe suite)

  • Strong interest / passion for the retail industry
