Job Description Summary
The FAMIS 360 CMMS System Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the FAMIS 360 system within the CW Account. This position involves collaborating with the account team, participating in training sessions, and overseeing system administration tasks. The administrator serves as the primary point of contact for FAMIS 360-related inquiries and support issues. This role requires a self‑directed professional capable of independently prioritizing system administration needs while delivering enterprise‑level support across the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings between facilities maintenance and engineering teams; provide administrative and documentation support to both property and client teams.
- Maintain and update data in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), including asset records, preventive maintenance tasks, spare parts listings, and user access. Develop standard work procedures, supervise workflow processes for work orders, maintenance stores, and purchasing, and ensure consistent system usage and training.
- Prepare KPI reports, track storeroom repair/return items, maintain process improvement metrics, and generate CMMS reports for management.
- Ensure data integrity, monitor equipment specifications, link technical documents to asset records, and manage accurate equipment turnover and change-out records.
- Attend FAMIS 360 training sessions, including guest and full user trainings.
- Participate in 360 Systems Administrator training sessions.
- Collaborate with the C&W TDS Delivery Manager and account team during configuration and setup.
- Configure property settings (accounting codes, language designation, business hours, contacts).
- Manage user security profiles.
- Assist with data loading and configuration adjustments.
- Own the FAMIS 360 system and ensure its proper use and configuration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account team members regarding FAMIS 360-related questions and support.
- Monitor and address system-generated support requests.
- Support account team users with password resets, security changes, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate with C&W IT for system issues, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Inactivate properties no longer managed by C&W (update quarterly billing).
- Manage user additions and removals based on SOP and SOC compliance.
- Oversee pick list values and configuration options.
- Maintain Vendor, Asset, Schedule, Inventory, and other deployed modules.
- Provide training or coordinate with C&W IT for ongoing training activities.
- Participate in transition meetings related to FAMIS 360 and integrated systems (e.g., Yardi, JDE, MEM, Serraview, Co Star).
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of FAMIS 360 and related integrated systems.
- Self-driven, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in system administration tasks, including user management and configuration.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing system-related issues.
- Familiarity with property management and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge in Real Estate Facilities Management preferred.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 73,100.00 - $86,000.00
