Job Description

Your Tasks:

  • Creation of market and location analyses
  • Participation in the valuation of property portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation procedures and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, Immo WertV & Bel WertV) for national and international clients
  • Involvement in organizing and conducting nationwide property viewings, followed by the preparation of results
  • Maintenance of information databases and regular support in the creation of pitch presentations and offers
  • Assistance in the preparation of valuation reports in both German and English
  • Active, regular communication with team members as well as cross-departmental communication
  • Support in the acquisition of new assignments
  • Regular exchange with clients

Your Profile:

  • A successfully completed degree in real estate management, or a comparable field of study
  • Enthusiasm for working with Excel and a strong affinity for numbers and financial mathematics
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English language skills are desirable
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Independent and structured work approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
