Lease Admin Manager:
Job Description Summary
The role is responsible for end to end portfolio administration, lease data governance, reporting, and client support across global and regional portfolios. This position ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of lease data, reporting deliverables, and stakeholder communications while overseeing day to day operational execution, SLA adherence, and continuous process improvement across cross functional teams.

About the Role:
- Manages end‑to‑end portfolio reporting, ensuring accurate monthly portfolio/security reports are generated, validated, approved, and archived in compliance with governance and audit standards.
- Oversees lease data management, including intake, validation, NLDF processing, database updates, and proactive monitoring of critical dates, renewals, expirations, and discrepancy resolution.
- Serves as the primary contact for lease‑related queries, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, investigating issues, managing escalations, and maintaining timely communication through shared mailboxes.
- Provides operational oversight to regional data teams, ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met, risks are mitigated, delays addressed, and service quality consistently upheld.
- Leads process improvements and stakeholder governance, updating playbooks/data matrices, driving efficiency initiatives, and participating in governance meetings to align on priorities and maintain transparent communication.
About You:

Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 10 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role; background in accounting, real estate, data analysis, or lease administration is a plus.

Proven ability to lead and train teams, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and high performance.

Strong skills in lease and finance management systems, databases, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and relationship management across all organizational levels.

Experience in transaction management, property management, and invoice processing is preferred.
