• Providing best practice analytical and report-writing services to the team

• Participating in the execution of hotel sale and advisory assignments on a day-to-day basis

• Assisting in preparing pitches for new business and client proposals

• Assisting the production of investment reports and due diligence information

• Participating in market studies, market research and financial projections

• Monitoring data base including transactions / CRM / Supply and pipeline
