Job Description:
What you’ll be responsible for

End-to-end facilities management across owned and leased assets

Managing building and equipment maintenance schedules

Contractor and supplier performance management

Financial oversight including invoicing and cost control

Ensuring statutory, regulatory and contractual compliance

Supporting portfolio operations across multiple sites

Enhancing workplace and occupant experience
You’ll play a key role in delivering Integrated Facilities Management services while ensuring operational excellence across a significant property portfolio.
