Job Description – Senior Manager-MEP Services

Position: Senior Manager MEP Services – South

Location: Chennai/Bangalore, India

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager – MEP services will be to support the R&M team in south as an SME for Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing services by demonstrating his technical capabilities for design, installation, maintenance, and problem-solving across various R&M projects being executed under PMSI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving as the go-to specialist for complex issues, providing technical guidance, and ensuring quality control throughout the R&M works lifecycle.

-Ensuring all designs and installations proposed to client are strictly adhered to local and national building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

Working closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to integrate MEP systems smoothly with the overall building design and resolve design conflicts.

-Conducting site visits to monitor works being executed quality, perform testing and commissioning, and provide rapid problem-solving for field issues.

Reviwew the project documentation, manuals, and reports being submitted by different vendor partners to ensure proper project closure.

Responsible for execution and monitoring of different Consulting assignments being executed in the West region.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in electrical/mechanical Engg. (preferred: Master’s or relevant certifications).

• 12–18 years of experience in technical operations within Facilities Management or Property Management along with project execution and monitoring experience.

• Strong understanding of critical systems, high-availability environments, and regulatory norms.

• Excellent vendor management, communication, and stakeholder-handling skills.

• Proven ability to manage large, multi-location portfolios.
