You will be
Joining our Building Consultancy team, you will become involved in the entire life cycle of buildings. You will follow a training programme aligned to a relevant Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) Pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. This programme is non-rotational, but you will have plenty of opportunities to build up broad experience across the whole department.
Core function
As a Graduate Building Surveyor you will be working on a variety of projects across a wide range of sectors and clients
You will experience everything from schedules of condition and dilapidations to contract administration and building surveys. Support and training will be ongoing. And we will do all we can to ensure you gain the experience you need to obtain your APC qualification.
You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse, market leading client base within a team of industry leading professionals. Qualities and Personal Attributes
You’ll need to be on course to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 in an RICS accredited degree, or already hold a minimum of a 2.1, preferably in Building Surveying. A good eye for detail is important too, as is the readiness to get involved in whatever project comes your way.
