About The Role:
- Oversee daily building and grounds upkeep, including custodial operations and overall facility cleanliness
- Implement and monitor security, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures
- Manage facilities preventive maintenance (in-house and equipment-related) and coordinate with 3rd‑party vendors
- Address day‑to‑day operational concerns and maintain strong coordination with building administration
- Track operational expenses and collaborate with business units to support facility needs
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), with 5–7 years of experience in facility operations, vendor management, and team supervision.
- Strong ability to understand building-related information, interpret detailed documents, and use standard systems for tracking and managing work activities."
- Solid understanding of regulatory and safety standards, including emergency preparedness, safety inspections, code compliance, and implementation of safety programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, expense controls, operational reporting, and maintenance programs across facility operations.
- Skilled in managing third‑party vendors, reviewing contracts and invoices, responding to tenant/client needs, communicating effectively, and mentoring facility teams.
