About the Role

1. CRE 매입/매각 실무

• 중소형 및 Value-add 자산 매입/매각 프로젝트 지원
• 시장조사 및 투자 분석
• 투자자 대응 및 마케팅 지원
• 제안서, TM, IM 등 마케팅 자료 작성

2. AI 및 업무 효율화 참여

• AI Tool 및 LLM을 활용한 문서 작성 및 자료 정리
• 반복 업무 자동화 및 프로세스 개선 참여
• 제안서 및 IM 제작 과정의 효율화 및 표준화
• AI 기반 디자인 Tool 등을 활용한 자료 품질 개선

※ 초기에는 팀 내 자동화 및 효율화 프로젝트에 함께 참여하며, 업무 경험과 시스템 구축에 따라 점차 CRE 실무 비중을 확대해 나갈 예정입니다.

About You

​자격 요건

• 부동산 매입/매각 업무에 대한 관심 및 커리어 의지
• PPT 및 Excel 활용 능력
• AI Tool, LLM(ChatGPT 등)에 대한 관심 또는 활용 경험
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

우대 사항

• Python, OpenAI API 등 활용 경험
• Notion, Zapier 등 자동화 Tool 사용 경험
• Midjourney, Canva 등 디자인 AI 활용 경험
• 부동산 관련 인턴 또는 실무 경험
