HR Generalist
Job Description Summary
The HR Generalist role is responsible for partnering with both the in-country, GOS HRBP and local GOS business leaders to provide HR support. This role will be critical in supporting the delivery of HR processes and activities to ensure successful implementation and alignment with Cushman & Wakefield’s people priorities.

About the Role:
- In collaboration with HR teams, you will provide comprehensive HR support and advisory services, enhance departmental efficiency, manage compensation and benefits, ensure compliance with training programs, coordinate with regional teams, assist in transition management, and execute company HR initiatives.
- You will partner with TA and People Services for seamless hiring and onboarding, collaborate with business leaders to understand recruitment needs, guide Line Managers in Workday requisition creation, participate in sourcing and selection for specialized roles, manage employment contracts and onboarding, conduct reference checks, and build a diverse talent pool database.
- Employee Relations, Investigations, and Performance Management: You will support HRBP and the business in managing poor performance, assist with investigations following best practices, and ensure legal compliance during restructures.
- HRIS Maintenance: You will ensure accurate employee information, conduct system audits, generate timely reports, troubleshoot employee queries, and assist in testing new HR system modules.
- Offboarding: Undertake off-boarding activities in a timely manner and exit administration.
About You:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years relevant Human Resources Generalist role or similar in a large diverse organization.
- Experience in investigations and grievance management, and the disciplines that are essential to rigorous ER case management.
- An ability to communicate effectively, build trust and successfully manage stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability partnering and working with a variety of HR Centers of Excellence (COE).
- Hands-on experience with HR Technology platforms preferably Workday.
