Account Executive (Surveyor)

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate sector by actively participating in market surveys, data collection, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in stacking buildings by identifying and recording tenants and occupied spaces.
  • Help find and document vacant spaces in commercial buildings.
  • Track upcoming supply of spaces and developments in the market.
  • Coordinate with landlords and developers to gather accurate information.
  • Support in identifying spaces that will become vacant in the next 3 to 6 months and maintaining detailed records.
  • Maintain records of previous tenants/client and new tenants/client occupying the spaces.
  • Spend significant time in the field exploring building supply and market conditions.
  • Provide support to the office team by preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations and reports.

About You:

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to be active in the field.
  • Basic computer skills, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of commercial real estate operations and market dynamics.
  • Field surveying and data collection techniques.
  • Coordination and communication with industry stakeholders.
  • Building effective documentation and reporting skills.
