Job Description Summary
Manage and grow a strategic client account by building strong stakeholder partnerships, delivering end-to-end real estate transaction execution, and driving regional account strategy. The role ensures high service standards, strong KPI performance, effective reporting, and acts as the primary client interface to resolve issues and deliver value-added solutions aligned with client and company objectives.

About the role:
- Promote and maintain strong partnerships and collaboration with client stakeholders, understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Oversee the execution of real estate transactions, develop and execute regional account strategies ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Drive overall account performance, including transaction reconciliations, maintain high standard of KPI scores, identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at both client and C&W to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and to client especially during Quarterly Business Reviews highlighting key metrics and achievements.
- Act as primary point of contact for the client, addressing any concerns or issues.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate real estate transactions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Key Account Management.
- Strong knowledge of the APAC corporate real estate market and regulatory environment.
