모집 직무 : Capital Markets Group, CRE(Commercial Real Estate)1팀 인턴

근무 기간: 6개월

팀 소개

CRE1팀은 국내외 기관투자자, 기업, 패밀리오피스 및 고액자산가를 대상으로 상업용 부동산 매각 및 투자 자문을 수행하는 팀입니다.단순 Brokerage를 넘어 시장 데이터 기반 분석, 투자자 타겟 마케팅, 제안서 및 매각자료 기획, AI 및 자동화를 활용한 업무 효율화를 통해 마케팅 기반 자문 조직으로 변화하고 있습니다.
이번 인턴십은 이러한 변화 과정 속에서 데이터·리서치·마케팅·AI 활용 업무를 직접 경험할 수 있는 기회입니다.

About the role

담당 업무

① 시장 및 투자자 리서치

• 상업용 부동산 시장 데이터 조사 및 정리
• 투자자 및 기업 리스트 구축 및 업데이트

② 마케팅 및 자료 지원

• 제안서 및 매각안내자료(IM) 작성 지원
• 마케팅 자료 및 콘텐츠 정리
• 투자자 대상 커뮤니케이션 준비 지원

③ 데이터 및 업무 효율화

• 자료 정리 및 구조화
• 반복 업무 자동화 아이디어 도출
• AI 툴(ChatGPT, Notion, Excel 등) 활용한 업무 개선

※ 인턴 기간 중 업무 이해도가 높아질 경우, 실제 프로젝트 업무에 참여할 수 있습니다.

• 데이터 정리, 리서치, 분석 업무를 좋아하는 분

우대 사항

• Excel / PowerPoint 활용 능력 우수자
• ChatGPT 등 AI 도구 활용 경험자
• 부동산, 경영, 경제, 금융 관련 전공 또는 관심자
• 인턴 기간 이후 CRE 커리어에 관심이 있는 분
• 문서작성 및 커뮤니케이션에 문제가 없는 영어 수준
