About the Role:

• Provide administrative and operational support to multiple business teams including Advisory and Leasing groups to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Manage and organize documentation such as contracts, invoices, reports, and transaction-related files across internal systems and shared folders.

• Support invoicing processes, vendor registrations, and documentation collection to ensure timely submission and proper record keeping.

• Assist with meeting coordination, documentation preparation, and administrative follow-ups including maintaining databases, reporting and paperwork required by different teams.

• Assist with vendor coordination for gifting, hospitality, and operational needs such as birthday cakes, flowers, and hampers.

About You:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Ideally having minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, office support, or secretarial roles is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to support multiple teams simultaneously.

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and managing documentation systems.

• Detail-oriented, communicative, proactive, and able to coordinate administrative tasks efficiently in a team environment.
