About the Role:

Provide administrative and operational support to multiple business teams including Advisory and Leasing groups to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
-
Manage and organize documentation such as contracts, invoices, reports, and transaction-related files across internal systems and shared folders.
-
Support invoicing processes, vendor registrations, and documentation collection to ensure timely submission and proper record keeping.
-
Assist with meeting coordination, documentation preparation, and administrative follow-ups including maintaining databases, reporting and paperwork required by different teams.

Assist with vendor coordination for gifting, hospitality, and operational needs such as birthday cakes, flowers, and hampers.
About You:
-
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
Ideally having minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, office support, or secretarial roles is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to support multiple teams simultaneously.

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and managing documentation systems.
-
Detail-oriented, communicative, proactive, and able to coordinate administrative tasks efficiently in a team environment.
