Job Description Summary

The Reservation Agent is responsible for assisting customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm0.
• Answer inbound calls and email inquiries related to reservations.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in reservation systems.
• Provide customers with clear information on availability, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Verify customer information and special requests.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure reservation accuracy.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, accuracy, and response time.
• Adhere to company policies and service expectations.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $20.40 - $24.00
