About the Role:

Support the Office & Industrial Leasing team in sourcing properties, conducting site inspections, and assisting clients throughout the leasing transaction process.

Engage with landlords and corporate occupiers to understand their requirements and support leasing negotiations and documentation.
-
Prepare leasing proposals, marketing materials, and weekly/monthly leasing reports for internal teams and clients.
-
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing strategies, property positioning, and leasing recommendations.
-
Work closely with senior brokers to learn the full leasing cycle—from property sourcing and client engagement to lease negotiations and deal execution.
About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Architecture, Foreign Trade, or related disciplines.

Open for fresh graduates passionate in Sales, Leasing & Brokerage or candidates with 0–1 year of sales & client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients and property owners.

Proactive, energetic, and eager to build a career in commercial real estate leasing.

Fluent in Vietnamese and English with good presentation and communication skills.
