Provide administrative and documentation support to the Leasing team, ensuring accurate database management, contract administration, and coordination of leasing processes.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative and database support to the Leasing team, ensuring smooth coordination of leasing activities and documentation.

  • Prepare and manage leasing documents including proposals, term sheets, contracts, and lease-related paperwork using standardized templates.

  • Maintain and update internal databases, CRM systems, and lease tracking records to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.

  • Support brokers with billing, invoicing, contract administration, and documentation required throughout the leasing transaction process.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, and property management) to ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely processing of lease-related activities.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Ideally having 1–2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or back-office roles within a professional services or corporate environment, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to manage data and documentation accurately.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a structured administrative role supporting multiple stakeholders.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate in a professional business environment.
