About the Role:
- Manage day‑to‑day and long‑term occupancy planning for multiple APAC sites, including change requests, space plans, stack plans, and utilization analysis.
- Maintain accurate CAFM and demand/supply data across countries, ensuring all occupancy information reflects current and forecasted conditions.
- Partner with regional client stakeholders, business leads, Strategy, IFM, and Project Delivery teams to align space solutions with real estate strategy and regional business needs.
- Lead or support large‑scale initiatives such as restacks, consolidations, expansions, M&A integrations, and regional migration plans.
- Develop planning recommendations, reports, and presentations for APAC leadership, highlighting opportunities, risks, operational metrics, and portfolio insights
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities/Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate, preferably supporting multi‑country or regional portfolios.
- Proficiency in CAFM systems, space management tools, and ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret utilization data, forecast space needs, and develop data‑driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities, with experience collaborating across functional teams in complex environments.
