About the Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day estate operations, including maintenance, security, landscaping, and utilities management.
  • Supervise, train, and manage estate staff to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers; manage contracts, SLAs, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to property, safety, and environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain estate standards, hygiene, and safety.
  • Handle tenant/resident requests and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
  • Develop and implement estate policies, SOPs, and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage emergency preparedness, safety drills, and disaster management plans.
