Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all lease administration duties and ensure compliance with budgets and regulations.

Oversee collections, default proceedings, and contract compliance.

Lead property staff, handle hiring, and manage performance.
-
Conduct property inspections and manage operating and capital budgets, including reconciliations.
-
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and oversee tenant and building construction.
-
Maintain accurate lease records in administration software.
-
Collaborate with owners, accounting teams, tenants, and stakeholders to build strong relationships.
-
Participate in leasing and client meetings to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
-
Real estate license and Full Driver’s License required.

Proficiency in MRI software is essential.

Strong skills in analysis, prioritization, and delegation.

Proven ability to manage teams and vendor relationships effectively.

Experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and contract language.
