  • Oversee hard and soft FM service delivery across multiple sites

  • Own financial performance including P&L, budgeting and reforecasting

  • Lead-governance, compliance, risk management and contractor performance

  • Coach and develop a multidisciplinary FM team nationally

  • You will play a critical role in ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed KPIs, SLAs and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across property, finance, operations and risk

  • Lead portfolio reviews, performance reporting and governance forums

  • Identify value-add opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Own P&L performance and financial outcomes for the account

  • Facilities & Operational Management

  • Provide senior oversight of hard & soft FM services nationally

  • Ensure planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance is delivered on time and within budget

  • Act as escalation point for critical incidents and emergency response

  • Maintain accurate asset registers and portfolio data

  • Financial & Risk Management

  • Lead annual budget build and forecasting (opex, capex, lifecycle)

  • Monitor compliance with WHS, environmental and regulatory obligations

  • Manage contractor performance and drive corrective action where required

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and mentor Facilities Coordinators and support teams

  • Promote a strong “one team” culture across shared services

  • Model safety, compliance and professional standards

About You

You are a confident senior FM professional who combines operational depth with strong commercial capability.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Facilities Management (national or multi-site portfolio preferred)

  • Strong financial acumen including budget ownership and P&L accountability

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships

  • Proven ability to deliver against KPIs and SLAs

  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
