ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are looking for a motivated and talented individual who is eager to take on real responsibility and make a meaningful impact. Our internship program is designed to give you a comprehensive head start in your career. You'll work on meaningful projects, receive one-on-one mentorship from industry experts, and gain hands-on experience that goes beyond the classroom. The program is built to support your professional growth and help you forge valuable connections within the Crusoe team and beyond.
As a Learning & Development Intern, you will design and lead initiatives to elevate our global L&D experience while gaining hands-on experience operating a world-class program.
You aren’t just observing from the sidelines; you’ll be an embedded member of the global onboarding team, you’ll balance strategy with execution, partner with leaders, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to lead specific initiatives.
This is a 12-week in-person program based in our Denver office. Most events and programming will take place in San Francisco.

What You'll be Working on:

Content Development & Innovation: Create and launch engaging and meaningful e Learning experiences in our Learning Management System, tailored to meet the unique needs of our most rapidly expanding departments.

Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze L&D data to identify trends, develop recommendations, and present action plans to cross-functional partners involved in the onboarding lifecycle.

Global Program Operations: Support the execution of L&D programs, ensuring all administrative and logistical components run smoothly and professionally.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with subject matter experts and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and lead specific initiatives that improve the employee learning journey.

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks within current workflows and apply a curious, analytical mindset to troubleshoot and optimize these complex processes and systems.
What You'll Bring to the team:

Educational Background: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Communications, Organizational Development, Graphic Design or a related field graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.

Program Fundamentals: You have a foundational understanding of how L&D programs operate, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and grow your skills.

Collaborative Mindset: You are a proactive communicator who enjoys working closely with a team to solve challenging problems.

Problem-Solving Skills: You have a curious and analytical mindset with a talent for troubleshooting and optimizing complex systems.
