About the Role:As a Sr. Buyer at Crowd Strike, you will be responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle, vendor relationships, and supporting business needs through effective purchasing strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring cost-effective acquisitions while maintaining compliance with company policies.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute the complete procurement process from requisition to purchase order creation and management

  • Identify and evaluate vendors, analyze quotes from a TCO perspective, and validate pricing to ensure best value

  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to secure optimal pricing aligned with company policies

  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution

  • Maintain accurate vendor records and procurement documentation in company systems

  • Process purchase requisitions in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation

  • Assist Accounts Payable and business owners with invoice reconciliation and payment issues

  • Support contract reviews and renewals in coordination with legal and business stakeholders

  • Monitor and manage procurement budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis

  • Generate regular procurement reports and contribute to KPI tracking and MIS activities

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

  • Identify and implement efficiencies in the procurement process to enhance productivity

What You’ll Need:

  • 6-8 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management

  • Demonstrated experience with full requisition-to-payment processes

  • Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms

  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external partners

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Experience with vendor management and relationship building

  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work form Office )
