About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Technical Trainer to drive the technical and commercial proficiency of our global sales and solutions engineering partners. In this role, you will serve as an architect of partner success, developing and delivering expert instruction on the Crowd Strike platform. A main focus is to train the trainers at our distributors. Your mission is to ensure the front-line teams move beyond "feature-listing" to conduct masterful technical discovery and deliver high-impact demonstrations that solve critical CISO/CIO pain points.

Success in this position demands a multidisciplinary blend of technical cybersecurity expertise, proficiency in IT infrastructure, comfort with Agentic AI and AI for Security and educational leadership, paired with understanding of sales motions. You will act as a force multiplier, enabling partner Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) to articulate the business and technical value of Crowd Strike's portfolio to deliver the right solutions to customers and prospects while staying at the cutting edge of industry trends.

Location: Preferably in Austin, TX but open to remote in the USA.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-impact instructor-led training (ILT)—both virtual and in-person—spanning the entire sales lifecycle—from initial opportunity identification and value positioning to the delivery of world-class "outcome-based" technical demonstrations, health checks, and risk reviews, and Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
  • Enable AEs and SEs to articulate the intersection of business value and technical superiority, ensuring they deliver the right solutions to complex prospect environments.
  • Leverage deep expertise in IT infrastructure, including data centers, cloud, SaaS and networking, to provide context-rich training.
  • Execute Train-the-Trainer (T3) instruction to certify partners, providing ongoing mentorship to ensure global instructional quality.
  • Maintain subject matter technical and commercial expertise across the Crowd Strike portfolio and deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain a rigorous continuous learning cadence, staying current on the evolving threat landscape and industry trends through consistent technical and commercial up skilling, ensuring "lead-from-the-front" subject matter expertise with hands-on experience in Falcon via personal learning and shared labs.
  • Demonstrate the technical agility to master and deliver training on Crowd Strike's Agentic AI solutions across use cases.
  • Monitor training performance metrics to provide strategic recommendations for content enhancement and instructional design.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate the impact of enablement programs and track participant mastery, ensuring learning outcomes translate directly into field performance.
  • Evaluate the readiness of prospective trainers, ensuring a consistent, world-class enablement experience across the global partner network.
  • Act as an evangelist for new products, solutions, and initiatives, fostering internal momentum while leveraging performance metrics to optimize curriculum impact and ensure global partner readiness.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance existing content and develop new courses by providing subject matter expertise and real-world implementation feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with our Alliances and Solution Architecture teams, to effectively prioritize and focus on key partner initiatives and regional plans
  • Act as a cross-functional bridge between the field and Crowd Strike internal teams to ensure that enablement assets, product direction, and marketing strategies align with the evolving commercial and technical requirements and competitive challenges encountered by our global partners.

What You'll Need

  • Practical, hands-on expertise in one or more of the following enterprise cybersecurity areas: SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, Threat Intelligence, Identity Security, SaaS Security, Cloud Security.
  • Hands-on proficiency in IT infrastructure and architecture, including cloud and on-premises networking and compute platforms.
  • Delivers clear, impactful presentations and interactive training to both technical and business audiences.
  • Exhibits an exceptional ability to demystify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining credibility with engineering teams.
  • Possesses working knowledge of MEDDIC and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business-relevant field.
  • Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and competitive drive, with a clear commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
