About the Role:

Crowd Strike is expanding its presence in ANZ through strategic distribution partnerships. This role is critical to establishing market leadership and driving adoption of our industry-leading cybersecurity platform.

As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities with and through our partner network via Distribution in Australia and New Zealand. To succeed, you must work with internal teams and lead our Distribution Partners to build out territory planning, new partner development initiatives, and existing partnerships to deliver growth for Crowd Strike.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner Strategy & Development:

Build and implement strategic GTM plans with distribution partners. Identify and recruit new partners to expand market coverage across ANZ, establishing C-level relationships and driving effective onboarding.

  • Revenue Generation:

Develop and manage pipeline to meet sales quota. Identify new business opportunities, close deals with partner support, and drive SMB growth through distribution channels.

  • Enablement & Growth:

Define and execute VAD initiatives with measurable outcomes. Drive product marketing and demand generation activities (seminars, tradeshows, content) while supporting partner success.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Act as Crowd Strike ambassador within distribution accounts. Collaborate with internal teams on partner strategy and opportunity closure, maintaining strategic relationships across the partner ecosystem in ANZ.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong experience and success in technology sales with a proven mix of:

  • Channel/Distribution management experience (managing and growing partner networks

  • Direct quota-carrying sales experience at enterprise level

  • Alliances or partnership development experience

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling distribution partnerships in ANZ

  • Experience selling SaaS platform solutions

  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus, but not essential

Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to network and influence at multiple levels within an account, up to C-suite

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Strong ability to create and articulate compelling value propositions

  • Proven track record of identifying and influencing critical decision-makers

  • Demonstrated success in quota-driven sales environments

  • Capability to close complex solutions and services opportunities

  • Strong business acumen, professionalism, and leadership accountability

  • Excellent energy and drive with genuine desire to build business

  • Ability to create effective relationships quickly

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across internal and external teams
