Forecasting

Intuit Credit Karma is a mission-driven company, focused on championing financial progress for our more than 140 million members globally. While we're best known for pioneering free credit scores, our members turn to us for everything related to their financial goals, including identity monitoring, applying for credit cards, shopping for insurance and loans (car, home and personal) and savings accounts and checking accounts – all for free. Credit Karma has grown significantly through the years: we now have more than 1,700 employees across our offices in Oakland, Charlotte, Culver City, San Diego, London, Bangalore, and New York City.

Banking services provided by MVB Bank, Inc., Member FDIC

At Credit Karma Money, part of the broader Intuit Consumer Money business, we are building a full-scale financial platform that champions financial progress for our 140M+ members. As part of our FP&A team, you’ll play a key role in driving financial insights, shaping strategy, and supporting the growth of our banking business. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that help us make better decisions, faster.

The ideal candidate has experience working on consumer banking, lending, and/or neobanking products. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence strategy through rigorous analysis and a deep understanding of the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and planning activities to support business performance and long-term strategy

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate product launches, growth initiatives, cost saving initiatives and operational investments

  • Analyze key trends and metrics across member behavior, funnel performance, cost structure, and unit economics

  • Develop insights and recommendations that help shape product strategy and guide leadership decisions

  • Partner closely with Product, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics teams to develop, understand and track their execution plans against goals

  • Improve the accuracy and scalability of forecasting processes, dashboards, and key performance indicators

  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities and articulate their impact to stakeholders

  • Improve predictability of the business by continuously automating and scaling forecast processes and methodologies

What we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or analytics, ideally within a fintech, neobank, or consumer financial services environment

What we’d like to see:

  • Proven ability to build complex financial models, including forecasting frameworks that incorporate member growth, churn, loss curves, and operational scale

  • High attention to detail with strong judgment, an ownership mindset, and a commitment to accuracy in a rapidly evolving business

  • Strong knowledge of GSuite, MS Office and Looker, Tableau or similar data visualization tools

  • Strong business & financial acumen with understanding of neobanking unit economics, including customer acquisition funnels, cohort behavior, funding costs, and transaction and risk losses

  • Ability to synthesize data, structure a concise presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to a range of stakeholders

  • Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem solving when necessary to move projects forward tactically
