Position: Senior Area Manager- Coupang Logistics Service (North Taiwan 龜山/觀音)

Role Overview

As a Senior Area Manager at Coupang Logistics Service, you will oversee multi-site logistics hubs in north area, drive performance excellence, and lead strategic initiatives to ensure efficient, standardized, and customer-centric delivery across the region.

What You Will Do

• Oversee operations across multiple delivery hubs within the region, ensuring delivery efficiency, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction meet company targets.

• Lead station managers and supervisors to manage personnel, monitor operational KPIs, and drive process improvements and standardization.

• Analyze performance and process data across stations to identify issues and lead improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control.

• Implement company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and compliance across all sites.

• Lead strategic regional operations planning and cross-functional collaboration to support the rollout of new processes, stations, and tools.

• Manage regional operations budgeting and cost control, and regularly report performance to senior leadership.

• Build and develop a strong operations team, mentoring mid-level managers to enhance leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in physical operations management, including at least 4 years managing multiple sites or regions.

• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to drive operational goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

• Proven experience in building, developing, and managing medium to large-scale operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, capable of collaborating and presenting to international teams.
