Role Overview
This position offers you the opportunity to accelerate your career by working on challenging problems as a leader in a high autonomy and entrepreneurial environment.
What You Will Do
-
Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems with high impact for the organization.
-
Build cross-functional partnerships with local and international business and technology teams to ensure on-time delivery of the initiatives.

Establish mechanisms for prioritization, decision-making, and performance review.
-
Operate hands-on to drive results with speed.
-
Propose ideas to drive customer growth, engagement, and profitability
Basic Qualifications
-
10~15+ years in program or project management or PMO leadership.
-
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results.
-
Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives and projects from zero.
-
Strong stakeholder management experience and influencing senior leaders across regions.
-
Ability to operate across multiple domains.
-
Experience in technology industry.
-
Fluent in English. Japanese and/or Korean a plus.
