Role Overview

This position offers you the opportunity to accelerate your career by working on challenging problems as a leader in a high autonomy and entrepreneurial environment.

What You Will Do

• Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems with high impact for the organization.

• Build cross-functional partnerships with local and international business and technology teams to ensure on-time delivery of the initiatives.

• Establish mechanisms for prioritization, decision-making, and performance review.

• Operate hands-on to drive results with speed.

• Propose ideas to drive customer growth, engagement, and profitability

Basic Qualifications

• 10~15+ years in program or project management or PMO leadership.

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results.

• Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives and projects from zero.

• Strong stakeholder management experience and influencing senior leaders across regions.

• Ability to operate across multiple domains.

• Experience in technology industry.

• Fluent in English. Japanese and/or Korean a plus.
