Role Overview

This role supports the overall Cross Border business analytics domain, supporting overall business and sub-domain growth forecasting, insight-driven business opportunity deep dive for the Cross Border business. The analyst will use data to identify high-potential opportunities, guide seller acquisition strategy, and building business model to forecast category and seller growth performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analytical planning for seller acquisition, forecasting, and goal tracking.

• Identify “blue ocean” categories and underpenetrated market opportunities using data insights.

• Build forecasting models for seller onboarding, activation, and GMV contribution.

• Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency, pipeline conversion, and seller activation.

• Collaborate with business leadership to align data-driven strategies with team goals.

Core Competencies

• Drives strategic impact through data, influencing country-level seller strategy.

• Owns analytical planning and metric definitions for the acquisition lifecycle.

• Communicates insights effectively to senior leadership, shaping growth priorities.

• Demonstrates strong autonomy, structured problem-solving, and business acumen.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, or related fields.

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or growth planning in e-commerce or relavent industries.

• Strong SQL, Excel, and visualization tool expertise (Tableau, Power BI).

• Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

• Experience working with regional or cross-functional business teams.

• Able to meet the needs of English communication at work.
