Role Overview

As a Marketing Operations Specialist focused on Affiliate Marketing for Taiwan, you will be the backbone of our affiliate program's technical and operational success. You will manage the systems, data, and processes that ensure the program runs efficiently, accurately, and at scale.

What You Will Do

• Platform Management:

• Serve as the primary system administrator for the affiliate tracking platform managing user accounts, campaign setup, link generation, and technical integrations.

• Monitor and troubleshoot tracking and reporting discrepancies (e.g., clicks, conversions, commissions) to ensure data integrity and accurate partner payouts.

• Process & Efficiency:

• Design, document, and standardize operational workflows (e.g., partner onboarding, payment cycles, campaign activation) to improve team efficiency and compliance.

• Automate repetitive tasks using available tools and light scripting/macros to free up marketing managers' time for strategic partner management.

• Reporting & Data Integrity:

• Manage data exports, transformations, and imports, ensuring affiliate performance data is accurately reflected in Coupang's internal BI tools and finance systems.

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like link health, tracking uptime, and budget pacing.

• Compliance & Finance Liaison:

• Work closely with the Finance team to validate monthly commission statements and ensure timely and accurate payment processing for Taiwan-based affiliates.

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with local Taiwan regulations and Coupang's brand guidelines.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as the operational liaison between the Taiwan Affiliate Marketing team, local Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Operations, or a highly analytical role within e-commerce or digital marketing.

• Experience managing an affiliate marketing platform is a strong plus.

• Technical Acumen: Proven ability to work with data manipulation tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and understand tracking technologies (cookies, pixel implementation, server-to-server tracking).

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose technical issues, analyze large datasets, and identify root causes for operational inefficiencies.

• Language Proficiency:Fluent in Chinese (written and verbal) and professional working proficiency in English, as this role supports the Taiwan market and interacts with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Taiwan e-commerce and digital advertising landscape.

• Experience in creating and optimizing operational documentation and playbooks.

• Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript) as they relate to tracking.
