Role Overview : -

Principal Data Analysis a role in the Supply Chain Automation organisation working with product and engineering to build and improve our Supplier Integration products and programs. It is a hands-on role needing deep analytics and decision science skills including but not limited to metric creation/definition, predictive modelling, governance, business insights generation, etc.

What You Will Do : -

• You will work on multiple impactful projects related to the quality, availability, and depth of data needed by Coupang to make business decisions.

• You will use your deep expertise in SQL and other languages, data ETL development, and data integrity to ensure that necessary information is available for all levels of analysis at Coupang.

• You will will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to not only accomplish business goals, but to come up with novel ways to capture and analyze data.

• Additionally, you will contribute to analytics projects designed to help drive Coupang's growth, support specific initiatives from all areas of Coupang, and help analysts across the team and organization with their development.

Basic Qualifications : -

• 6+ years of experience in Data Extraction & Data Analysis

• Proficiency is SQL & Python

• Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau.

• Exposure to Analytical tools & techniques - classical techniques (regression, etc), ML techniques (XG Boost, Random Forest, etc.

Preferred Qualification : -

• Exposure to time series forecasting and machine learning would be a bonus.

• Prior experience working in e-commerce or consumer technology companies is preferable

• Experience in Stakeholder Management

Type of work model : -

• Hybrid / Onsite / Remote working

Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.
