Role Overview:

Supports various settlement tasks of the business unit, and pre-validates the integrity of necessary documents and propriety of the expense claim to be managed by the business unit. Also, analyzes corporate budget abuse/misuse cases to supplement the related expenditure rules (EO). In addition, accurately predicts tax burden, precisely calculates/reports/pays various tax acmounts, examines the taxation possibility and countermeasures through tax issue analysis to save tax (Tax). Contributes to maximizing company's economic benefit within the domestic/foreign legislation by appropriately preparing/responding to regular/on-time tax investigation (Tax)

What You Will Do:

Accounting Operations

• Perform daily accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting records and settlements.

• Maintain general ledger integrity and support month-end and quarter-end closing processes.

• Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Process & System Support:

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper coding of transactions.

• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare standard financial reports and schedules for management review.

• Support variance analysis and provide explanations for operational results.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.

Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure adherence to internal policies and accounting standards in day-to-day operations.

• Participate in internal control testing and documentation for operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting operations or general ledger management.

• Month-end close/GL management experience

• Tax filing/reporting experience is a plus

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes.

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
