業務内容

• コールセンターでエスカレーションされた問い合わせや問題内容を確認し、関連部署と連携して迅速に解決

• 繰り返し発生する問い合わせを分析し、原因を特定してマニュアル・ガイド・プロセスを改善し、再発を防止

• 通話録音や対応ログをモニタリングし、不正確または不適切な対応事例を把握してフィードバックを提供

• 誤った情報の案内や説明漏れなど、品質上の問題となる対応基準を修正・補完

• 緊急障害や運用上の問題が発生した場合は即時に共有し、解決までフォローアップ

• 現場で発生する不便事項や潜在的な問題を早期に察知し、関連部署と共有して事前予防および迅速な対応体制を維持

基本資格

• カスタマーサービス、コンタクトセンター業務、または緊急対応管理のいずれかで2年以上の経験がある方

• 日本語：流暢レベル

• データに基づいた分析力と問題解決能力をお持ちの方

歓迎資格

• 韓国語：ビジネスレベル

• シフト勤務が可能な方（平日・週末ともに13:00〜22:00、週5日勤務）
