Central Key User Finance & Accounting Systems
In this role, you will work as an interface between our Tires business and IT. You are in close contact with Tires business, Group Functions, the Central Key Users of different modules and our worldwide Tires accounting departments. As member of a global team, you will take part and lead international projects and improvement initiatives in a wide range of accounting-related topics.
In this exciting job, some of your main tasks will be:

Defining, standardizing, optimizing, and documenting financial reporting processes and structures for the Tires Sector;

Ensuring compliance of local SAP FI set-up and processes with Group-, IFRS-, legal- and business requirements;
-
Joining and leading international projects (e.g. mergers, integrations, carve-out, Automatic Invoice Verification, SAP implementations, S/ 4 HANA Roll-out, Celonis analysis);

Aligning, prioritizing, and approving change requests in cooperation with business and IT departments;

Training local key users;
-
Maintaining audit-proof authorization structures in SAP FI;

Assuring high quality standards in Tires’ Finance & Accounting processes and reported data;

Collaborating with Group Accounting & Reporting, Group Purchasing, Tires Business Areas, Tires Invest Controlling, Cost-, Sales-, Procurement-Systems and other functions.

Academic degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT or an equivalent qualification;

Several years of work experience in Finance, Controlling and/or Accounting departments;

General knowledge of MS Office software and SAP FI;
-
Solid knowledge of IFRS;

Good proficiency of SAP FI module and Asset Accounting;

Experience in S4/ HANA;
-
Insights in other SAP modules like SD, CO, MM (is appreciated);

Project management skills;

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;

Strength in analytic and conceptual thinking;

Proactive and collaborative working style;

Proficient English language skills (written / spoken);
