ESH ▪ Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls. ▪ Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties. ▪ Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards. ▪ Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others Capability planning ▪ Maintain production capability in related with tooling of each production areas and ensure utilization efficiently according to the capacity plan from IE. ▪ Coordinate with interface function for tooling preparation (budgeting and eCR) from various input e.g. PSI, Allocation, PI new introduction to ensure the available of tooling will be fit with the demand & timing. ▪ Review tooling needs from weekly production scheduling from Supply chain department, compare the plan vs tooling availability and capability then feedback if the plan is feasible or where is the plan need to be adjusted. ▪ Leading the contingency plan regarding tooling availability. Tooling inventory management ▪ Maintain then tooling inventory of all related areas CAL, HP, CP, TB, CU, FF etc. in cooperation with area owners. ▪ Be a super user of TB tooling application. ▪ Manage tooling inventory in accordance with APAC direction to create overview and extend the flexibility in reginal level. Tooling maintenance ▪ Coordinate with PE, QM and MTE in related area to define the tooling maintenance plan where it's needed. ▪ Schedule the maintenance plan in alignment with Production schedule from Supply Chain department to ensure that tooling will be maintained as planned and not affect to production and supply. ▪ Coordinate with tooling owner whose conduct the plan and follow up the maintenance progress to ensure the tooling availability. ▪ Review and update maintenance plan based on PE, QM, MTE input and historical result of maintenance and uses. Sequencing ▪ Create the daily production planning where it's feasible and needed by certain circumstance. ▪ Be a super user of SAP module that relate with Sequencing department. Others ▪ Process improvement ▪ Assigned Projects ▪ Support (alignment, communication, coordination) ## Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineer, Production, IE, Logistics or related subjects. - Minimum 3 years experiences working on mechanical drawing job related. - Minimum 3 years experiences in Tire manufacturing process. - Experience in SAP - Ideally had exposure to international projects or worked in a cross culture environment - Project management knowledge - Leadership Experience : None required, but should have the ability to communicate firm instructions. - Networking and interactions skills with fellow sequencers in other plants. ## Additional Information - Free lunch, uniform and company transportation. - Housing allowance. - Performance bonus. - Provident fund. - Flexible working program. - Family health care program. - Group insurance (medical, dental). - Inclusive and diverse culture. - Good health and wellness program (e.g., sport clubs, fitness).
