HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Finance Systems Intern will participate in various activities to gain exposure to Continental Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Systems and Accounting groups
- Work on project-based tasks related to accounting/finance systems
- Administration of Key User organization external tools (Tire Knowledge Force, Resource allocation software, and current shipping tool)
- Assist with structuring and updating Americas Key User Organization Con Next page to further improve its usability and relevance for the needs of internal SAP Users
- Internal and external financial audit support (pulling data tables and supporting documents from eRP system)
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program
- Enrolled in school for at least 12 months and can dedicate 12 months toward this internship
- Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri)
- Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher
- Minimum sophomore standing or higher
- Intermediate Excel skills and Microsoft Office products experience (Word, Outlook, Access)
- Available to come onsite to the Tire HQs in Fort Mill, SC 3 days/week (Mon-Fri)
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
- Junior or higher class standing
- Coursework in Accounting/Information Systems/Business Management
- Advanced experience in Excel
- SAP experience
- Able to work 25+ hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri)
